Visotsky - lezhit kamen v stepi

I don't know what is this video about. It says it was recorder in "Kalininskaya oblast" during the spring of 1981. This is almost an year after Visotskiy passed away, but hi is singing in background one of his not so popular songs. There is also a name written at the end of the video - Artur Makarov. If somebody have more information about this video or about Artur, please, let me know.
